9 year old IT firm is looking for dynamic, young, smart executives. We are looking for someone who has a helpful, polite nature. Someone who cares about customers and enjoys solving problems for them.
- Very good written english communication skill is must.
- Ability to quickly learn our digital products so you can help customers
- Basic knowledge of web design. Ability to tweak basic CSS and HTML code. Ability to create small, simple website on your own.
- Computer Graduate (BE, B.tech, M.Sc., MCA, BCA, Other)
Work Experience:
Experience is not a must. But right attitude and expertise definitely is.
Your job responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- You will help answer & troubleshoot technical questions from our customers via email in our helpdesk.
- To write and update the Product documentation and processes for Templatic.com.
- Recording customer feedback appropriately and providing feedback to the product development team.
- Understanding and analyzing the Templatic.com products and providing input to improve it.
